本剧讲述的是拥有瞬间记忆能力“相机眼”的女刑警柊冰月（波瑠 饰）是警视厅搜查一课的主任，对犯人的追查彻底不留情面，因为无血无泪而被称为“冰之女王”，有着对他人对自己都很严格的禁欲性格。这样的冰月面对想忘也忘不了的过去，怀抱着心灵创伤，与有怪癖的同组刑警们一起努力解决案件的故事。
